CCJs and Bailiffs

If you have unsatisfied CCJ's that the bailiff has failed to collect we have an enviable reputation for enforcing existing CCJ's. In most cases CCJ's remain live for 6 years and in certain circumstances this period can be further extended, but you don't have to have a Judgment to enforce collection and in most cases we are able to collect your debts without court action being required. However if Court Action is required we have the facilities to instigate the Legal Action necessary.
